Large 3 bed Riverside home with pool

This large 3 bed riverside home is located near to Huai Wang Nong lake.  Sat on half a rai of land the property boasts double cavity walls and high ceilings keeping indoors about 6 degrees cooler than a standard house.  Opposite the house is the river that feeds the lake just a few hundred metres downstream, several people have made fishing pegs at this quiet idylic spot.

A renovation project was started on the property but due to the virus pandemic the owners had to return to there home country.  They did manage to repaint outside, rewire the electrics and replace the water system.  They intend to complete the swimming pool refurbishment and lay turf on the garden before handing over the property to a new owner.

The original owner was away from Thailand for several months of the year so when it was built he had shutters installed on all windows and doors so the property can be locked up safely for many months until their return.

Outside the main garden area is located on the East side of the property which overlooks the river across the road.  On the South West side is the swimming pool is tucked away behind the pump house to provide some privacy.

Upon entering the house you are greeted by a large open plan lounge and dining area with full length glass doors at the rear.  There is a bathroom and two storage rooms off this room.  The East side of the house has the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom whilst the West side has bedrooms two and three with a shared bathroom between them.

There is also a large European style kitchen with many cupboards, built in hob, long worksurfaces and plenty of space for a breakfast table if required.

All rooms have high ceilings and double cavity outer wall.
