The pool measures approx 12 metres in length and 4 metres wide.

The concept of the larger of the two pool buildings was intended to be a kitchen and banquet/entertaining room with glass doors to divide the kitchen from the main room.  There is already water and drainage to facilitate a kitchen.  Along the side of this building are his and hers outdoor pool showers with an enclosed full bathroom next to it bringing the total number of bathrooms for the property to 7.
